to be honest, when it gets this bad I usually drink but ive got a lot going on tomorrow and I cant afford to do that

and I’m trying not to medicate with alcohol anymore, though that’s been an ongoing struggle for about a year now 

I’ve been pretty successful though, I don’t go overboard anymore.

i’ve just dug a pretty big, muddy hole for myself and climbing out is a struggle bus full of sliding around and lying face down at rock bottom
